"U ovu godinu ipo je klubu ucinjen zulum neviđen u historiji kluba a sve pod budnim okom jednog covjeka. Sam je doveo ove ljude, sam je birao novu skupstinu, postavio sam dva UO. Glavni i odgovorni za sve zulume u zadnju godinu ipo.
Da krenemo redom.
-Primitivna proslava dana pobjede.
-Nepodnosenje zalbe na rijesenje o izvrsenju i na taj nacin zastita interesa kluba.
-Potpis ugovora sa trenerom bez ikakvih rezultatskih zahtjeva.
-Blamaza sa licencom
-Krivotvorenje uplatnice
-Bezobrazno skicanje na presu kako ce sve tuziti zbog gubljenja licence
-Blamiranje na CASu
-Ljetna skupstina gje su nesposobni prisilili skupstinare da dignu ruku za kredit. Ako nemamo kredita gasimo se.
-Amarovo primitivno obracanje Dzuburu na skupstini i bukvalno pisiljavanje da se prihvati uloge predsjednika/glinenog goluba
-Postavljanje novog direktora kluba mimo zakona kao nagrada za trazenje nacina da se prijave povuku
-Dogovor sa Siljkom
-Stampanje sramnih majica nakon derbija
-Doovor sa SD oko zamjena nekretnina
- Izvinjenje savezu zbog vlastitih navijaca
- Cestitanje na uspjesnoj sezoni"

As I have previously stated, our group is primarily interested in Construction and Real Estate. However, in order for our investments to become profitable down the road, it is important that club continues with the success in the domestic competition as well as having good results in the continental competitions.

First of all we are interested in your debt to asset ratio. To be more specific, we are aware that your major asset is your stadium, but we would like to know other fixed assets that you have.

As you have stated in your presentation your annual budget is little bit over one million Euro. We are interested to see if your annual revenue was increasing over the past 5 years?

If there is no steady increase over this period, please provide us with the explanation why there was no increase.

We are also interested to see if there is a stability in your management, since we are looking for the steady partners. Please provide us with the current board of directors and their qualifications.

And the last thing for this email pertains to any pending litigations. Is the club subject to any pending litigations?
