Simone Inzaghi may turn down Lazio's request to be an interim Coach after Marcelo Bielsa resigned.

The news that Marcelo Bielsa decided not to join the Biancocelesti only days after signing a contract for them has rocked the Roman environment.

The club published an official statement accepting Bielsa's resignation and nominating Inzaghi as their new Coach.

But Calciomercato.it reports that the new candidate is not too happy with the idea of managing the team for a month and then being dropped in favour of a new Coach, such as Albania's Gianni De Biasi.

Inzaghi, whose contract expired in June, expects a new deal and the guarantee that he'll be allowed to control the team for the entire coming season.

Should he be denied, he may walk away to Salernitana, as he already had a deal in place with them.

I mislim da im ništa više od ovoga ne bi ni trebalo. A mislio sam da je Herrera već done deal.
