“The Mavericks are a smart organization,” Morey said on SportsTalk 790 AM in Houston. “They obviously wanted to get him. That structure of that [contract] is literally one of the most untradeable structures that I’ve ever seen. That’s why it came down to a bet of Harden, Howard and Parsons being the final piece, because we would have had no ability to do anything after that. Tako nekako za sad izgleda roster (ili bi trebao da izgleda). Ostao je room exception u iznosu od 2.73M i s njim ćemo najvjerovatnije probati uloviti Mo Williamsa. Donnie kaže kako nismo završili za ovo ljeto, pa me ne bi čudilo kad bi Wright i njegovih 5M odlepršali u nekom trejdu. Takođe ovi momci iz SL, možda još neko upadne, možda Griffin koji je pokazao nešto atletike dosad.

"Honestly, I was offended by the whole process," Parsons told Yahoo Sports on Monday in a phone interview. "They publicly said that they were going out looking for a third star when I thought they had one right in front of them. I guess that's just how they viewed me as a player. I don't think I've scratched the surface of where I can be as a player and I think I'm ready for that role.

"You can't knock them for always trying to get better. [Houston general manager] Daryl Morey is very aggressive, is a genius, a great GM and I have nothing but respect for those guys. And they are looking to make their team better. That's what they were doing. I just thought I could be that guy that could do that."

Dirk - what else is left to be said?! Pokloniti se gospodinu i to je to.. U ovoj sezoni zaradit će nešto više od 8M (8.3 ako se ne varam).

Dirk will be the 4th-highest paid player on the #Mavs behind Tyson, Parsons and Ellis. What other superstar does that?

I Parsons je sada oficijelan. 46M za 3 godine.

Greg Smith - tri godine u Houstonu, u aprilu potpisao za Chicago za koji nije minute odigrao, i evo ga sad tu. Prošle godine tek 11 utakmice (3.5 ppg i 2.5 rpg za oko 9 minuta igre). Tu je da da zadovolji brojčano stanje pod košem.

Ovo što nam je Dirk uštedio, moguće je da je to zbog Harrisa (nije službeno nigdje objavljeno da je 9M/3y, možda je 12 ili 13M u pitanju).

Amenstirani Boozer se izgleda neće ganjati, neće ni pokušati. U opticaju je Mo Williams (room exception), a ni Mariona izgleda nisu otpisali, mada ne vidim gdje bi ga utrpali uopšte.. we'll see.

I eto nabacit komentar za pobjedu nad očajnim Raptorsima sinoć. Ledo pokazao najviše, poeni su tu, dodao je i par dobrih asistencija (18p, 5ast). Mekel vodio igru, Griffin dodao 12 s klupe. Na momente je ekipa lijepo izgledala uz stvarno dobar protok lopte (17 asistencija na kraju). Ledo i Mekel definitivno se računa na njih, eh sad, James vjerovatno, ne znam šta će biti s Griffinom. Fino je odigrao dosad, hoće li mu se pružiti prilika pitanje je.
