Lippi: Juventus Return? Never Say Never
The Nazionale coach admits he may return to Juventus after his international spell...
Italy coach Marcello Lippi has hinted that he could return to Juventus after his adventure with the Azzurri.
The former Bianconeri tactician is currently aiming to guide the Italians to another World Cup win in 2010. Having previously won major honours with the Old Lady, Lippi hasn't completely ruled out a return.
Juve coach, Claudio Ranieri is safe for the moment at the Bianconeri, but it hasn't always been the case this season as dips in form tested the patience of the locals.
Now World Cup winner Lippi has dropped a hint that his days in the club game may not yet be over and he could be an eventual successor to the Tinkerman in Turin.
"Going back to Juventus? I was there for 10 years. When you work somewhere for many years then there is esteem and symphony and you can never exclude anything," Lippi told KlausCondicio.
Lippi regularly watches Serie A as he picks and chooses his Italy players, but it's Inter coach Jose Mourinho who has caught the eye most.
"Mourinho is a great communicator, he has culture, charisma and wisdom as well as personality," added Lippi.
